PCB Assembly

We usually handle production in batches of 500 – 10,000 units. We specialise in medium and highly complex products. But we also produce simpler ones. Each customer can count on an individual approach aimed at the best possible understanding of the customer’s needs and setting up a suitable offer.
Our experience in mixed technology PCB assembly, where some part of the assembly is carried out in THT technology using wave, and some is carried out in surface mount technology, sets us apart.
High quality
Quality is our top priority, and we have been continuously improving our testing capabilities for many years. In addition to traditional ICT testing, we offer automated functional testing.
This process involves replicating the duty cycle that the assembled board will perform in the final device and simulating its operation, including, where applicable, physical interactions via buttons or keyboards.
Additionally, we have implemented HiPot testing to identify potential electrical insulation issues in devices and components, such as short circuits, breakdowns, and other defects that could lead to failures or electric shocks.
As a trusted contract manufacturer, we also provide PCBA coating services. This includes precise coating thickness, selective coating application, drying in an oven, and the use of a needle valve along with a multi-mode valve featuring spiral, spray, and swirl configurations.
